Nate is an AI accountability coach delivered over chat. He helps adults reflect on habits, recover after slips, plan small next steps, and keep consistency with their own wellness goals.

Nate may provide general educational context and optional examples, such as meal ideas, habit prompts, check-ins, and reflection questions. Those examples are not prescriptions.

Nate is not medical advice, nutrition therapy, or mental health care. Nate is not a doctor, dietitian, therapist, prescriber, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified professional.

• Nate does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease.
• Nate does not prescribe calorie targets, diets, medications, GLP-1 dosing, tapering, or treatment plans.
• Nate is not for eating-disorder care, pregnancy nutrition, minors, medical emergencies, or crisis support.

If you have a medical condition, an eating-disorder history, are pregnant, are under 18, use medication related to appetite or weight, or are unsure whether a change is safe for you, talk to a qualified professional before using Nate for that topic.

You need to be 18 or older. By saving a card, you confirm you are.

We open intake in capped batches. When you save a card on nate.coach, you authorize us to charge it:

• $19 when intake opens for your batch.
• $19/month thereafter, on the same day each month, until you cancel.

Your card is held but not charged before your batch opens. We'll email you a few days before the first charge so it isn't a surprise.

• Before your batch opens: cancel and you won't be charged. Email support@nate.coach.
• After your batch opens: cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rate partial months.

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, email support@nate.coach and we'll refund it. No questions, no forms. One refund per person.

• Nate is software. He can be wrong. Use judgment.
• Nate does not guarantee weight loss, weight maintenance, appetite reduction, food-noise reduction, or any health outcome.
• We may pause or end service for abuse, fraud, or repeated chargebacks.
• If we change pricing or these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects your account.

• We collect what you send Nate, plus account, support, usage, and billing information.
• Some of what you send may be sensitive health information.
• We don't sell it. We don't share it with advertisers.
• We use Stripe to process payments — Stripe is PCI-compliant and we never see your full card number.

Service is provided as-is, with no warranties beyond what mandatory consumer protection law requires. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. As an EU consumer, you also retain the rights granted to you by mandatory law in your country of residence — these terms do not limit them.
